Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@hinax.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send it to our returns address using a tracked service
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5 working days for us to process the refund once we receive the return
  • 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or washed. Gift-wrapped items can be returned provided they are in perfect condition.
